Hello Everyone,
I t has been a little while, but we have set the next dates in the process of developing a “Preferred Land Use Alternative.” The following is the latest schedule of events:

On the 14th, staff will be providing background information regarding the process and providing a framework for review of the five land use alternatives.
On the 21st, staff will review the five land use alternatives and provide a summary of the comments received from the public, General Plan Update Advisory Committee and Planning Commission. From there, the Board will discuss and provide direction to staff on the development of two refined alternatives that will be analyzed in more depth. Those two refined alternatives will be brought back at a later date for the final selection of a “Preferred Alternative.”
