Yuba County General Plan Update
This Website will provide you with information on the Yuba County General Plan Update. Here, you will find
the most current information available to help you get involved with the General
Plan Update process. This includes a listing of meeting dates, copies of presentations
and documents and even the opportunity to receive email notification when new information
becomes available.
The Yuba County General Plan has not
been updated since 1996. While each city or county is required by law to update
the Housing Element of its General Plan every five years, the Governor’s Office
of Planning and Research (OPR) recommends the remaining elements be reviewed for
their appropriateness based on current conditions every eight to ten years.
